TravelScoot Escape
TravelScoot the lightest most compact foldable portable mobility scooter. Suitable for the Mobility Impaired, and even Children.
Escape version, comes with a 252 Watt-hour lithium-ion battery. Weighs just 15 kg total, and to lift the frame is only 10 kg ! 20 km travel, Load 145 kg
TravelScoot Escape Junior
The TravelScoot Escape is available in a Junior Version for smaller people, generally anyone from approximately 4′ 6″ (140 cm) to 5′ 3″ (160 cm) in height and of regular build. Since the only difference is a slight shortening of the aluminum tubing, there is no appreciable weight reduction.
The TravelScoot Junior is designed for people between 140 and 165 cm in height.
For walking-disabled children from six years of age or around 100 cm in height, and adults less than 140 cm tall (if you have Dwarfism), we offer two lower-position seat modules.
The mid module is designed to grow with the child. As the child grows, the seat can be raised gradually and the backrest can be moved aft. When the child grows to 140 cm, the mid module is exchanged for the regular TravelScoot Junior configuration if necessary. This exchange is free of charge! The customer pays only a modest shipping and handling charge.
All existing accessories can also be used on the new model.

TravelScoot Junior (with Deluxe frame)
The TravelScoot Deluxe is available in a Junior Version for smaller people, generally anyone from approximately 4′ 6″ (140 cm) to 5′ 3″ (160 cm) in height and of regular build. Since the only difference is a slight shortening of the aluminum tubing, there is no appreciable weight reduction.
The TravelScoot Junior is designed for people between 140 and 165 cm in height. This is available in both the Deluxe and Shopper models.
For walking-disabled children from six years of age or around 100 cm in height, and adults less than 140 cm tall (if you have Dwarfism), we offer two lower-position seat modules.

TravelScoot Shopper
With the Shopper model we have reduced the weight by an astounding 30%, to just over 12 kg. With the seat and battery removed, it weighs just 7 kg.
This will suit those with limited strength, still allowing independent mobility. Please note the limitations.
The weight reduction is possible by using smaller wheels 6″ (150 mm) x 1.2″ (30 mm) and a smaller, 100 watt hub motor. With a top speed of about 3.7 kph, it is suitable for crowded environments such as cruise ships, shopping centers, pedestrian zones, fairs, museums and exhibitions. For safety reasons, these types of facilities require top speed to be limited to walking pace.
The Shopper is also well-suited for persons who either can’t, shouldn’t or do not wish to drive faster. Nonetheless, riders can easily keep up with regular pedestrians. Due to the narrower wheels, the rolling resistance is significantly lower. This, combined with the smaller motor, result in an incredible 35% increase in range per charge with the same battery!
The maximum load is unchanged at 145 kg, owing to the virtually identical frame structure. Length and width are slightly less as a result of the smaller wheels. For this reason, the Shopper is intended for use on solid, level ground and very low thresholds.
Heavier customers will not be able to ride on turf surfaces, but other than that, the Shopper will go wherever the regular TravelScoot Deluxe can. While climb performance is limited and very much load-dependent due to the lower-power motor, the Shopper can still carry a rider weighing 100 kg up a 6% wheelchair ramp.
For people with e.g. Achondroplasie the lowest seat configuration is recommended. The rider will be able to reach the handlebar and footrests comfortably. There is room for personal items beneath the seat. The folding basket can be mounted in the front or the rear, just like on the other TravelScoot models. Even when fully assembled, the 12 kg scooter can be easily loaded and unloaded. If necessary, one can reduce the weight further to about 7 kg by removing the seat and battery, leaving the basic frame.
Since Shopper Junior riders are by definition light-weight, they can expect a range of about 20 km per battery charge with the smaller lithium-ion battery.
