FAQs
Certain types of mobility scooter batteries can be salvaged if they have a minor issue. However, that is rare, and typically the battery cannot be repaired, as it has been irrevocably damaged or used up its chemistry. Also, the cost of battery repairs and the service life thereafter is not competitive compared to the cost of a new battery. If the battery come as a pair, it must be replaced as an identical pair.
It is important to maintain the battery by following appropriate charging/discharging timing and schedules to ensure your mobility scooter battery lasts as long as possible.
