    Insurance for Medium-Size Mobility Scooter Hire

    This covers repair, replacement and travel for non portable devices, for all damage not caused by the renter.
    Please ensure you have contents insurance coverage by your insurance company to cover losses not covered under this insurance.
    The Renter is responsible for all damage and significant devaluation, including but not limited to travel, labour and materials and damage or loss of items or parts such as chargers, keys, or other scooter parts, panels, tyres, etc. or intentional or willful damage or loss by fire or theft.
    Fair wear and tear is accepted, and not charged to the renter.

    Electric Devices
    All damage for electric devices such as Scooters, and Electric Wheelchairs :
    12.50 per week.

    Mechanical Devices
    All damage for non electric devices such as Wheelchairs, Rollators, other devices :
    3.50 per week.

    Waiver
    There may be occasions where it is deemed not necessary for you to insure a device (eg. Ramps).

     

    Please Note when hiring

    When booking dates for your desired product, dates will be greyed out when unavailable as another customer will be booked in for their hire at those times. Note: Customers have first preference when it comes to extending their hires. This means that if that if they wish to extend their hires, your hire may get pushed back until their hire is finished. We will be sure to find alternate arrangements to ensure that you can still hire a mobility device in the meantime.
