This Luggie Elite is one of Luggie’s most popular travel scooters. This mobility scooter folds up with ease, simply lower the tiller, pull the side lever, fold it down and lock it into place. Next, hold the seat with one hand and queeze the big red button under the seat of the scooter, this folds the seat down flat. That’s it! You can now lift the front end of your luggie into the boot of your car and allow the back end to rest on the ground. Once the front end is in your car, bend down and pick up the back end and slide or swing this in as well. The Luggies allow for this unique lifting style thanks to their longer shape when folded. This means you only lift half the weight of the scooter at a time! So instead of lifting 23.5kg, you’re only lifting 12kg at a time.
