Scout is ideal for use indoors and outdoors where the terrain is forgiving (eg. smooth paths, shopping centres, etc). With its solid hard tyres it is not really designed for extensive footpath use, but can get you around for short trips.
Scout is totally dismantable and portable in the smallest of road vehicles.
